When can I rock my flow again?

Monkeys,

So I had a flow back in boarding school and most of college, but got rid of it before interviews. I'm trying to keep it conservative for my IBD stint, rocking a comb over and brooks brothers. My question is, when can I bring my flow back? I have seen a lot of guys in PE rocking flows, and in the hamptons as well. Is it more of a summer thing, can I let it rage then? Or is it buy side only? Some of the associates at my BB, former laxers, flow a little. I'm pretty into WASPy girls, and they dig the flow, and I don't feel I'm doing them justice without my flowbucket.

I came into my job with conservative enough flow. But now? I let it rage. There's too much lettuce going on right now, that people have been trying to make salads. Just keep in mind, you'll never make first team all finance flow 2012 without the dedication and mindset that flow is untouchable. Anyone in the office who tells you to get it cut, or to not grow it out, is just jelly cause they dont have waves in their hair that the oceans are jealous of

flow and the mullet are not comparable. I'm flowing hard right now, 2nd semester senior year. wont have to cut it off until I have job interviews, and from the looks of things, that's not going to happen anytime soon.

mullet may not = flow, but what you just implied is that flow is not interview appropriate...so, bummer I guess

I've been flow'n hard for the better part of a decade in prep school and college. I just cut it short during my interview season and grew it out again. No one says shit because it is a magnificent sight to behold.
