When can I rock my flow again?
Monkeys,
So I had a flow back in boarding school and most of college, but got rid of it before interviews. I'm trying to keep it conservative for my IBD stint, rocking a comb over and brooks brothers. My question is, when can I bring my flow back? I have seen a lot of guys in PE rocking flows, and in the hamptons as well. Is it more of a summer thing, can I let it rage then? Or is it buy side only? Some of the associates at my BB, former laxers, flow a little. I'm pretty into WASPy girls, and they dig the flow, and I don't feel I'm doing them justice without my flowbucket.
I have no idea what you're talking about.
HAHA, this is great
i loled
I came into my job with conservative enough flow. But now? I let it rage. There's too much lettuce going on right now, that people have been trying to make salads. Just keep in mind, you'll never make first team all finance flow 2012 without the dedication and mindset that flow is untouchable. Anyone in the office who tells you to get it cut, or to not grow it out, is just jelly cause they dont have waves in their hair that the oceans are jealous of
are you starting FT? If its just for your SA stint i would not rock flow at all. My hair was barely flowing and some traders would shit on me so i cut it real short. then i just flowed like crazy during school. When you start FT and become more established I would say you could do it, but i wouldn't during SA.
This thread is awesome. OP - I absolutely love how many times you used the word flow in your post.
For those unaware:
Attention campers: lunch has been cancelled due to a lack of hustle. Deal with it.
Thats Ben Stillers worst attempt at flow...
but this is his best
Ask Con Bro Chill.
Nice.
wait, mullets are acceptable in finance?
Business in the front, party in the rear...
LOL
flow and the mullet are not comparable. I'm flowing hard right now, 2nd semester senior year. wont have to cut it off until I have job interviews, and from the looks of things, that's not going to happen anytime soon.
No flow in the back like some homeless snowboard urchin, just rock the all around flow on top and in the front, still parting the flow on the side.
I've been flow'n hard for the better part of a decade in prep school and college. I just cut it short during my interview season and grew it out again. No one says shit because it is a magnificent sight to behold.
Best, Former lax (and rugby) bro
