when you wear a suit and realise your colleagues don't

Hello, I'm starting a new job in an investment bank as a quantitative developer. The first day I wore a suit and realized that I was the only one doing so. What should I do? Take off the suit from day two? What would you do? thanks

I'd personally do exactly what you did on day one, then wear something as formal as what they're wearing from then on. I mean if you really like wearing suits then do what you want, but you absolutely don't have to from the sounds of it.
