It depends on whether you want the slimmer cut or not. What is your height/weight/build? I haven't fattened up yet, so I would go with the Lazio cut (the blue is not obnoxious). I love the flat front trousers that they mention in the Navy Napoli cut, but, at the same time, the Lazio doesn't look like a big pleated mess.
