This is my first full time job and hence going to be my first winter dressing up in professional clothes. I'm about to go out and buy a Canada Goose but I have a feeling my balls are going to be freezing with the pants that I currently have. In short, how do you keep your legs warm while staying professional?

Not sure what you mean. The office will be a comfortable 70ish degrees. If you're walking to work just put some hand / foot warmers in your pockets / shoes (underwear if you're serious about the balls freezing part).
