1st Call with Dynamics - what to expect?
Have heard people mention that you need to ace your first conversation with them so that opens up doors for more opportunities. Curious what to expect? Was it like behavioural/motivational normal chat with HH during PE recruiting? Or should you expect some technicals, stock pitches, and potentially a pre-interview modeling test? Curious to hear of other peoples experience down this route

Been a bit since my intro call with them but as I remember it was mostly the standard behavioral/motivational/story discussion.
Talking to some of the people like there is therapy, I just ramble on about my day and then they pitch me an endless number of HF roles. Love these guys. One of the few headhunters that doesn't feel like talking to malicious robot that fuels itself off creating anxiety in interview candidates. They are always transparent about whether they think you're a good candidate or meh candidate, what they think firms will think of you, etc. So refreshing. I give them 5 stars. Never got a job through them though but would feel fine doing a search exclusively with them.
