2024 Point72 Academy Full Time Investment Analyst Thread

Just starting a thread to hopefully consolidate all matters, updates, recruiting process experience for this position. For reference, this is the position I am referring to (https://careers.point72.com/CSJobDetail?jobCode=C…). Only thing I know is that there seems to be a questionnaire and case study in the recruitment process (which I feel wholly unprepared for). Base salary also appears to be 125k.

Can anybody who is knowledgable about this program speak to it? I've heard iffy things about how this academy doesn't necessarily guarantee a seat and don't know how likely it is to end up with a full-time seat at the firm?

Also have general questions on the caliber/prestige of Point72. Again, heard mixed things so it would be great to hear what culture is like.
