Just saw a head hunter advertising a quant dev role for a "20bn$+" HF to join a new team in Geneva. Do u know if one of the big HF is setting up a team there ? Or is it Bluecrest ? (Not sure they still have 20bn$)

Brevan Howard I think has a team
some Millenium pods are present there
and I think Squarepoint maybe?
Not sure which ones are 20bn+ but those are the big funds there I can think off

I know Brevan Howard has been/is moving it's crypto platform to Geneva. The have offices there. They were looking for people a couple of months ago, so it may be them
Squarepoint has a presence in Geneva, don't think too big. A convertible bonds team should be there for what I heard
Millennium present as well, don't know how big here but overall managing >$50 bn

Bluecrest is nowhere near $20bn. It's not even a "fund" anymore.
And a lot of hedge funds uses a very common accounting software called "Geneva" so it's worth re-reading the post to make sure they weren't asking to join the "Geneva team" rather than a "team in Geneva". :-)
