Activist Books/Threads
What are the best books about activist investors or activist deals? Or what are the best activist write-ups you've seen on Value Investor's Club/Seeking Alpha etc.
I've attached a cool activist letter below for you guys to chew on, but would love to see more stuff like this.

There aren't a ton of great books on activism, but Jeff Gramm's Dear Chairman: Boardroom Battles and the Rise of Shareholder Activism is definitely worth the read. Also, this site has a number of notable activist letters and presentations: Hedge Fund Presentations By World's Renowned Activist Investors (10xebitda.com)
Dear Chairman is a great one, one of my favorites.
10xEBITDA is a great resource for presentations and letters.
Other book recommendations:
Barbarians in the Boardroom by Owen Walker
Extreme Value Hedging by Ronald Orol
Deep Value by Tobias Carlisle
Some good content on YouTube, Ackman's ADP pitch is on there.
I really liked Fooling some of the people all of the time by David Einhorn of Greenlight "fame".
Whats the point of being an activist tbh?
What's the point of asking this dumbass question tbh?
