Additional Round Of Interview After Final Round
Interviewed for 7 rounds at a long only firm, and was told by the hiring manager that they would like to schedule an additional call with me to let me know their decision and feedback (despite me already completing the entire process)
I was wondering what should I expect for this upcoming call? The interviewers are 3 PMs that I have spoken with over the past 7 rounds. My performance over the 7 rounds were pretty solid in general but was a little shaky in the 4th and 7th round, which makes me think that they could be on the sidelines about giving me an offer?
