Taking a swing at a pod shop seems like an obvious path? If you're leaving a seat like that for "personal" issues sounds like you value independence which running a pod will provide. Spend a year or so to further specialize and pad up the savings while having conversations across platforms, then leave on a large guarantee

Message it as something along the lines of “willing to take a pay cut now for more future potential upside…want to help build something…” Don’t know if this is applicable to your situation, but I think there is usually some way to spin most anything
