2nd year IB BB analyst here, just curious the best way to find open roles at Hedge funds, private equity does not interest me and my main focus has been hedge funds specifically L/S equities, activist, and macro/event driven.
Although the biggest problem I run into is I can never find jobs posted seems like they are always through headhunters. Looking to transition in 1H 2024.
