Ben is a difficult guy to work for, always has been. But I like him a lot, he's a straight shooter. Doesnt sell false hope, everyone who signs up to work there knows exactly what they're getting. And if you're okay with his work style, then the pros are he's a brilliant investor has made money at scale and is fair/generous on comp for people who perform.

Solid returns, scaled well, less tech heavy than other cubs so has held up better. Not sure culture or inv process

seems like a bit of a mess - usually when funds do well, you don't turn over so much of the founding team
was going to say similar... crazy to turn over entire founding team within a couple years.
