Any good paying non bulge banks and hedge funds to apply for entry trader positions.

Hi, can anyone list a bunch of companies that has a great pay package that also has a respectable trading department. At this point due to bulge bracket investment banking being so difficult to break into im looking almost any firm that will pay me well to do what I love which is trading.
