Apart from Citadel, which MM offer great perks?

Dumb question :)

I know Citadel offers free breakfast/lunch/snack and what not, which is quite a norm for a prop trading firms.

Are there any other multi manager that offers such perks? MLP started stacking some sodas, chips, fruits, but no where near what Citadel offers.

How about other MMs?

Citadel is not a prop trading firm

are you asking about hedge funds or market makers?

The perks you mention are worth maybe $10k per year? It's probably a figure that seems helpful at 22, but it is completely inconsequential relative to other features that matter at a firm (payout terms, drawdown limits, flexibility across asset classes / sectors / factors, good / kind PM if you're an analyst).

Maybe I'm just older now, but I would view free breakfast / lunch as a liability as my metabolism has slowed, I have less time to find windows to exercise, and it would probably test my dietary willpower.

$10k/year worth of apple and Dr Pepper seems reasonable to be honest
