Applying via HH or direct website?

Am looking at a position that I've seen directly on this company's website / LinkedIn and through a HH. Any people who have been on the other side of recruiting know if it matters who I apply through?

Assume the answer is no, but just wondering if applying through the HH is more credible, or if not using the HH will give me more flexibility in the edge case where I get the offer and ask them to help pay out my pro-rata bonus (maybe more flexible when they don't have the expense of paying a HH already if I applied direct on their site)?
