Planning on entering ER full-time soon at a top BB under a decent analyst but I'm not sure if this is the right move. My end goal is to work at a HF, preferably single manager equity l/s, but I'm reading conflicting things on this forum about IB vs ER for that goal. Some are saying IB still provides the better exit to HF, while others say the opposite.
