$200-300k if i had to guess. Depends on a lot of things (Performance, Track Record, Contribution) but I would estimate most fall in that range.

assuming by associate you mean analyst - either a fresh grad or someone with 1 -2 years of banking - 200 - 250 is what you should expect. 300 is common but definitely a minority of cases. hard to get more than 300 as a first year no matter how good you are
i'd say the bulk of comp falls in the range of 100k - 150k base and 25k - 100k bonus.
