BB IB vs Top Quant Finance Master's Program

Hello folks,

Need some advice here... I'm a senior in college and have 2 options post-graduation: I have offers at a decent BB to do IB and offers from two top MFin/MFE programs, which will likely lead me to be a quant in AM or HF.

I'm pretty aware of the job functions of the two options I have (I know they're very different). What's important to me personally is having face-to-face interactions at some point in my career down the road, and banking seems to have more of that once I reach VP. I'm not really considering PR

I have less information on how does the work look like in HF once one passes the associate level. Would love to hear more from y'all!

Thank you :)
