Best Advice to breaking into HF from non target?

Caption^^. Going into my JR year as a dual major in Mathematical Finance and Statistics. Have done 2 internships, one in Corpfin and one in PWM. Wondering what’s the best way to go about trying to get junior year internship at a fund? Cold emailing? LinkedIn? Etc.
