Best funds in UK with offices outside of London
What are the top tier funds (not necessarily HF) with offices in England (UK) that aren’t in London. i.e. where people live / work in another part of the UK that isn’t London.
Do any big funds have front offices outside of the capital?
Some that come to mind by city:
-Henley - Invesco
-Edinburgh - Baillie Gifford, Kiltearn, parts of Abrdn, parts of Blackrock EU team.
-Bath - Heronbridge (Silchester affiliate from memory)
-Chipping Norton - Evenlode
-York - GLG has a Japanese equity team based here.
-Leeds...Franklin Templeton has an office here running UK mandates.
I'm sure there are more but definitely not many L/S operating outside of London.
