Best ways to prep for the HF entry?

Hi all

Just got a job from an alternative investment manager, company managing ~ $2b. Starting in a few weeks, so I am thinking what are the best things to do to prepare? My job will be to oversee initially their equity investments and subsequently generate ideas. I am coming from the equity research industry so it will be quite a change for me. Best ways to prepare? Maybe some readings?

Thanks!
