Was wondering if anyone knows how much a 1st year BAAM analyst's pay package is? How does it compare to S&T/IBD/AM?

BX pays all 1st years the same across all business groups, base and salary. Changes after that.
What's their hiring like for associates?
Are you pre or post-MBA? Pre-MBAs are generally Analysts first at BX, then you either get promoted to Associate or go get your MBA to be an associate. They are pretty strict with having direct experience in the given business group if you are coming out of an MBA program, on the investing side at least (which BAAM falls under). I assume they are less rigid than PE though.
