Is it true that some hedge fund pay bonuses twice a year?
Do you know if that’s the case for pods ?

Not a hedge fund but my first post MBA job was at an LO that paid quarterly bonuses
My LO does too… maybe it’s the same one
bonus is set at the year end though right? And just paid quarterly? Not doing a review every quarter to set a new comp number for that quarter
Bonus set a year in advance with some upside if performance is outstanding. I was there two years and never got more than what was on the paper.
No, mine is paid quarterly and determined quarterly but thus far has been flat or increased each quarter.
Never heard of a HF that does that but know multiple AM/WM firms that do.
