Breaking Into Pod / MM - Networking or HeadHunters?
Do I need to network as an IB analyst to break into a pod? Or should I assume a HH will reach out that is a client of those firms. If I am networking, should I be ripping linkedin mesages to people I have some sort of connection with? Thanks
