Bridgewater Comp Progression
Just wondering about comp progression joining as an associate? They say target salary is 225 all in for 1st years but unclear about whether / how fast it ramps up.
Have you asked them? When I got an offer there they told me exactly what target comp (with breakdown) was at the next few levels.
He probably doesn’t have an offer, tryna drop a ballpark?
