Can Managing Directors get you an internship
Ive been cold emailing for investment banking and wondering if MD's can get you an internship. One MD responded to me and was willing to chat. Im just wondering how much pull do they have. Can they actually get you in like right out of round 1. Or is it just resume screen, which irdc cuz I go to a target school.
Controversial, biased take but probably the reality. Think it depends on
1) are they MD in M&a (pulls hard) or back office (ecm, dcm, legal office/tech)
2) if you are random desperate guy or a hot chick who sends nudes
