Capstone

I'm curious about Capstone. They are a multi manager fund with a traditional focus on vol trading, but it seems they diversified into other asset classes. They are usually not mentioned together with the more traditional tier 1 and 2 multi manager platforms, but it seems like they have a similar model, i.e. different independent pods. Does anyone know more about them? Are they pass through and do they offer formulaic payouts to PMs? How was performance in the last few years? Are they on a similar level as tier 2 (e.g. Schonfeld, Verition, Eisler, Walleye, etc.)?
