Chances of an offer?
I recently interviewed at an HF. Received great feedback from the team the day of. Internal HR said the team provided positive feedback during the initial conversation and will know the final steps/decision by EOW; HH handling process said they provided good feedback too and it would be a close decision between me and another person, but they will decide this week. I'm trying not to be anxious, but it's a great role, and I put in a ton of effort. Anything I could do to tip the scale in my favor?
