Citadel CAP 2025 FT
Citadel's CAP program has opened apps, creating a thread so we can track & follow. Has anyone been through the process? What is it like? Is networking recommended or no? What are the odds a non-target will even get round one?
Does anyone know about timeline for CAP?
Non Targets get pretty much autodinged for CAP, P72 Academy much more merocratic.
Is networking a thing for CAP?
I mean, I know non-targets get autodinged from P72 too (4.0/ Solid exp/ Non-target). Meritocracy seems like an illusion every passing day.
100%, just if we place it on a spectrum it seems that it happens more frequently at CAP. Mind you its anecdotal and could be skewed by past things ive read that are also anecdotal.
where is everyone in the process?
Is this just for Americans? I know it says New York as a location but "rotations are available globally."

Have you still not heard back? For what it's worth I had BD round last week and still heard nothing (though frankly didn't do amazing since I was super rushed coming back from another meeting -that said, they emailed me saying I did very well on the modeling test so still keeping a prayer).
