Citadel Credit / Career Navigation

Curious on opportunities with Citadel for Credit whether it’s Distressed, Special Sit, HY ETC. I’m coming from a Credit Risk background at a BB (GS/JPM/MS), and was looking at long term prospects. Also, I understand Credit Risk isn’t exactly the IB/PE pipeline people expect but it’s a great role and I really get to learn a lot with credit/industry research, modeling pay down and growth, as well as how credit fundamentally works. Wondering how to leverage that into a competitive application or any steps to make myself more competitive in the future for shops with a credit focus.
