Pretty sure Citadel does not in terms of straight from undergrad, the only way in is via their internship (Source: I interviewed with them)
Citadel definitely does, as I know of someone who received a full time offer straight out of undergrad.

I interviewed at Citadel London for an associate position right out of undergrad
I think both Citadel and P72 will open FT position but it's much harder than get a summer internship
Depends on the business (only have knowledge for citadel). If you’re talking about CAP unlikely they will take FT hires but for other strats I’ve seen it happen
