Compensation differential between C/M and P/B?
Of all the high comp stories I’ve heard,90% are at Citadel or Millennium, as opposed to P72 or Baly. Why is there such a gap in pay?

I guess you haven’t heard enough comp stories. They’re all the same shit.
It's impossible to know what people in this industry are getting paid on average, and we certainly won't have reliable MM-level breakdowns.
The only people who know are at the IRS, and maybe senior BD/HR at a large MMHF.
Positive outcomes are overreported. Negative and neutral outcomes are underreported.
