Compensation P72 / Citadel Cap
Curious on compensation for P72 academy & Citadel CAP for interns. From my understanding, P72 is 135K pro rated, and housing is paid for. Whats citadel like? Also, heard P72 is 135K base for the first 10 months of the academy, but what is it like after when you join a pod?
Haven’t seen a lot of transparency with these two
Based on the most helpful WSO content:
Point72 Academy Intern Compensation: Interns at Point72 Academy reportedly earn $8,333 per month, which translates to approximately $100,000 annualized. Additionally, there is a $5,000 signing bonus, and housing is covered during the internship.
Point72 Academy Full-Time Compensation: For full-time Academy Investment Analysts, the compensation is often cited as $135,000 base salary for the first 10 months of the program. After transitioning to a pod, the compensation structure typically shifts to include a base salary of $100,000 and a bonus of $100,000, though this may vary depending on performance and the specific pod.
Citadel CAP Intern Compensation: Unfortunately, the context does not provide specific details about Citadel CAP intern compensation. If you're looking for precise figures, you might want to explore additional threads or resources on WSO for more insights.
