Compensation P72 / Citadel Cap

Curious on compensation for P72 academy & Citadel CAP for interns. From my understanding, P72 is 135K pro rated, and housing is paid for. Whats citadel like? Also, heard P72 is 135K base for the first 10 months of the academy, but what is it like after when you join a pod?

Haven’t seen a lot of transparency with these two
