Conversation with HF recruiters? How to prepare

So I have an upcoming phone call with a recruiter for HF roles - I am coming from AM primarily LO and was wondering what to expect for these interviews/ phone calls?

-Is it mostly like a 1st round with HR? (why leaving, walk through resume, basic admin stuff, etc.)? -Discussion over what type of investment philosophy I want to pursue / how I analyze equities? -Do you pitch a stock in these interviews / phone calls?

Just want to be prepared and ready for a stock pitch / technical if that comes up. Maybe I am giving too much credit though. Otherwise, what is the call/interview mostly like?
