Credit agreement amendments for publicly traded companies
When analyzing public companies, anyone know where to look for amendments to the credit agreements?

Lool good luck. 8-Ks are where you’re gonna find them if they choose to disclose - depending on the leverage they may not. Or basically be a credit investor and get the docs through data rooms etc. it’s crazy that prospectuses/OMs for public companies but 144A bond issues aren’t available to the public unless you have Reorg or Cov Review etc.
Also - you’d be surprised the amount of actual credit investors that don’t have access to bond indentures and shit that would be pretty darn helpful.
