Credit HF Case Study

Hi,

I’m working on a case study for a credit investing role and could use some help. The case involves assessing the capital structures of two merging companies in the telecom sector and ultimately providing a recommendation on how to proceed.

I'm new to the telecom industry and credit investing as a whole, so I'm trying to wrap my head around the key factors that should influence my decision-making process.

For those who have experience in credit investing, telecom or similar industries, what should I be focusing on when evaluating the merging capital structures? Are there any particular metrics or industry nuances I should keep in mind?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
