Does anybody have any intel on the energy trading desk at DE Shaw? I understand it’s run out of the NY and London offices and focuses on natural gas and oil mainly. Is it pure quant or is there a mix? Older info online seemed to suggest that they traded both physical and financial but I assume that’s out of date?
Any additional info on performance/comp and general culture?
