Dislike having friend group of only traders/quants

Long story short, my friend group is only other traders/quants (though thankfully half of them are in another asset class/style). I'm really starting to hate how limiting this is and tbh, how bad it is for me socially. Anyone else think the same or got out of this bubble?

You’re gonna hate this, but this, like a lot of things, is entirely your responsibility.

Maybe start by picking up some group hobbies like Brazilian jiu jitsu or improv. Become a more interesting person and have more things to talk about than just markets/ trading. Get out of the house more, head to bars, go on dates. Maybe meet people in the startup scene etc if you’re looking to broaden your circle easily.
