Distressed Debt Recruiting from BB IB
Can someone explain the recruiting process to exit from a BB IB to a Distressed Debt hedge fund? I heard recruiting starts this December for the 2018 analyst class. Is this true? Should I wait for recruiters to reach out to me or should I reach out to them? What are the headhunting firms that recruit for Oaktree or Anchorage? Any insight to this process would be greatly appreciated.
