Dropping Courses

I am currently in my second last term at uni. But, I am thinking of withdrawing from a second course this term (dropped one already) as I am quite burnt out. I already have a BB S&T SA this coming summer, but I would like to apply to other banks as well for full time and maybe even an entry analyst position at MM hedge fund. Will having two withdraws on my transcript greatly hurt my chances during recruiting? (this is my first term with withdraws by the way).
