Efficiency Tips IB Analyst to MMFF

Hi all,

Currently working at a MMHF after coming from banking. I feel like I'm struggling to keep up with the pace of markets during the day and it is preventing me from getting work done during the day. Expected ramp for me will be a name/an idea a week, does anyone have advice on how to improve efficiency/get a variant view quicker? Unfortunately there isn't a lot of mentorship on the team I'm on due to the senior analyst that hired me leaving right after I started. Looking for any and all tips.

Good luck, this is gonna be very rough if you’re just coming in from IB and not getting mentorship
