Elliott Credit Team

Hey guys - just got reached out to by a HH on LinkedIn about an opening on Elliott’s credit team. Does anyone have any background on what they do? Is it mostly performing public corporate credit (or is it stressed / distressed / asset back credit / etc.)? Given return hurdle, I would assume this is unlikely to be IG credit unless they were making public purchases with crazy amounts of leverage?

I was under the assumption that each of the various industry groups did everything (distressed credit, PE, public equity, etc) so curious what this role is. Any insight on the team would be helpful?
