Every single multi manger is hiring for commodities. MLP is vacuuming up people creating holes in the other Multis/ trade shops.
do you know what background analysts/PMs have for these roles? For financial power, do most seats come from prop shops (like DC energy) or from trading or strats at a BB? also I feel like PMs in natural gas basis almost always come from some QR background (not hiring from trading houses)?
