Expected comp for for $1bn AUM fund (after 2.5 years IBD)?

Value fund in NYC with 2 partners and 2 mid-level investment professionals. Would be only junior analyst. Coming from IBD w/ $125k base and 100% expected bonus for 2018. Just trying to gauge what is market.
