Expressing Interest at Pod Shops
When starting my recruiting discussions with BD for a multi-manager shop, what's the best way to express interest in only software pods?
I heard that it really depends on seats opened and don't be picky from the start but would love some advice on how to strategically approach these conversations. Thanks.
