Seen a similar thread in IB so wondered, who is the fastest you’ve seen made PM in HF? Curious on background and what they did to stand out so quickly

Technically I did it in 3 years after I moved to the buy side, but looking back I had many things align well and I personally took an inordinate amount of career risk on top of it.
