Feels like I am stuck
I am a Managing Director a top, very well respected global macro research firm. I have been here for four years.
I am struggling to move over to the buyside. The process of sourcing opportunities and recruiting is very unstructured.
It is proving to be much more difficult than I anticipated.
I would love to work at a pod shop but they don't seem to recruit for Analyst positions.
I guess this is more of a vent but if anyone does have any advice it would be much appreciated.
