Final round success rate?

Just finished 6+ rounds at one of the multi managers and presumably am in the decision period so wanted to see what the statistics are on this: What % of offers have you gotten after finishing the final round Why didn’t you get the offer if not? How competitive was the process? (Other interviewees)

While I can't personally speak to this, it depends on the shop. But I would say just as much as any other round, 50%. I've talked to plenty of PMs & Senior Analysts who were literally ghosted after the final round. Depending on the pod, some are kind enough to tell you they've chosen someone else while other are so arrogant to even worth trying to form some sort of goodwill with you, if you have been in the industry for a while, you know who I'm talking about 😉.
