http://www.valuewalk.com/2014/08/greenlight-masters-letter/When I interned at a HFoF probably 3 or 4 years ago we met with these guys. Seemed pretty legit and definitely smart. I wouldn't be put off by the WSAT or video cover letter, though the latter seems bizarre.
Their methods for hiring are disingenuous at best... they are technically ALWAYS hiring. You'll see their job posting all the time on LinkedIn or any other job posting site. They are kind of full of crap since they don't really have an immediate need. I dont know what they are looking for.. probably hoping for that one in a million candidate...? One thing is for sure, they are wasting bunch of time of recent college grads for no reason.
