FOMO-stay in HF or take startup risk

Come from a middle class immigrant family. Have always been interested in startup/operational work but wanted to find the highest comp potential career post college (and also like investing). Ended up at one of the grad programs (cit/p72). <1 year in but recently presented with the opportunity to do operations at a very high growing startup. Do I take the risk? My only ambition right now is to retire my parents. Will do whatever it takes
